Motorola Rapid Charger for the Charge.

Hello,

I recently purchased the highly recommended Motorola Rapid Charger for my car. Amazon.com: Motorola Vehicle Power Adapter micro-USB Rapid Rate Charger: Cell Phones & Accessories

I'm wondering if this is just "Rapid Charger" where I will need to disconnect once the battery is fully charged or does it revert to trickle once it senses a full battery charge?

I don't want to prematurely kill my battery.

The charging circuit is in the phone, so its going to do what it does regardless. The only way you could mess it up is with an adapter that outputs the wrong voltage (USB standard pretty much eliminates that risk)
