Ha. Uh in case you missed the news, the ones under investigation are Samsung for ACTUALLY violating antitrust laws.

I read today Apple had similar suits in Britain and Germany against Samsung and they got dismissed in both countries.

Apple's case was weak at best but the courthouse sits within 10 miles from their headquarters. Can you say bias.

Any word on if Samsung will appeal or not?

Yes, Samsung is appealing to festal courts in Washington. It's a lost cause in Cali. Japan already threw apples case out.
