Motorola - When will Motorola make another flagship phone

I would love to buy Motorola but I am not interested in slow budget phone.
I would love them to make a flagship phone to compete with a galaxy S10.
The latest qualcom chip 6 gigs ram 256 gigs storage plus micro sd and a
headphone port.

Moto's recent attempts at a flagship (the Z line) have fallen a little flat. Their strength seems to be with high quality/high value budget/midrange phones like the G line and the X4, so they'd probably do best focusing on those.
