Motorolla Droid Maxx Keeps Crashing

I Had Purchased A Motorolla Droid Maxx Used Off Of Some One On A Online Yard Sale I Have Only Had This Phone For About A Week And A Half And I Have Been Having Issues Seems Like Every Time I Am Using My Web Browser Or Even My Face Book App The Phone Seems To Crash And Puts Me Back On My Home Screen Of My Phone Of Coarse This Is Getting Frustrating And Phone Is Starting To Seem Useless The Things I Have Tried Are I Have Cleared The Cache Passwords And History I Have Completely Reset The Phone Back To Factory Settings And Nothing Seems To Be Working Need Help Please
