when I chose a live wallpaper and left the phone sitting for ten minutes and then unlocked the phone, the live wallpaper changed to the standard regular wallpaper that came stocked with the phone???

This problem is still happening, even after I did a factory reset... Help!

Are u using a "Task Killer" ?
Because these apps always kills the Live Wallpaper you are using , u have to uncheck the live wallpaper , so it won't kill it
It used to happen with me all the time
