Move Apps option gone since updating to Android 8 (on Samsung)

Since updating to Android 8 can no longer select shortcuts for moving: ie press & hold used to display two options at the top of the screen: delete shortcut and move apps.

Has this gone from Android or have Samsung removed it?

Just hold down on the icon, you will get a pop-up for Uninstall or add to Home. If you want to move it, press and drag.
