Move Apps to new Inspire

I took a look for this topic and couldn't find it. If i missed it, please refer me to the proper forum and i will read on!

I have a warranty replacement for my inspire so i have to move all my phone contents from my old inspire to my new one and do a hard reset. i know my contact, email, and calendar are automatically sync'd w/ Gmail, but how do i move my SMS messages, photos, and apps purchased w/ marketplace to the new phone?
