Move CWM backup to PC?

How can you transfer a ClockworldMod backup from the external SD Card (formatted-only the backup is in the card) to the PC? When I access the SD Card in Windows Explorer, the size of folder of the backup is about 20 MB but something mysteriously takes up about 3 gigs in the card. Is that part of the backup? How can I make sure that I move the clockworldmod backup folder to the PC, completely?

I just checked mine, and the folders all say 1.12 GB. However, I never formatted my card.

Suggest you format the card and redo the backup. It would show the same size on the pc as it does on the phone
