Move Mail Out Of Trash

Im using the LG Optimus Elite w/Virgin Mobile. Sometimes when Im deleting emails from my inbox the refresh is slow and it looks like the email hasnt been deleted and then I wind up deleting an email that I dont wanted deleted. When I go to the trash there is no option to move it out of there. Is there a way to do this? Thanks w/ any help w/this.

yes login to gmail or preferred mail online vs the app on device. sometimes the apps just do not delete or move things properly. will need to do it from the email provider site. gmail is one in particular that has these issues. the only way to make sure the app and sites are in total sync and properly move/delete things is to set up your account for these processes to take place from the account settings on the site.
