When I first received my Flip 7 I bought a case for protection. I knew it would be a temporary case until I found something I really liked. Well I ordered a new case and now I can't get the old one off!! It is on there so tight! I am afraid I will break the phone trying to remove it. Does anyone have any tips or tricks I could try? The half over the front screen comes off fairly easy but the half on the bottom of the phone is stuck like glue! I can't seem to get my fingernail under it anywhere. Is there any tool that you use that won't damage my new phone?

What case? I normally turn the phone screen facing away from me and try to pry away from the middle area one side of the case till I can get like a little bit of movement away from the phone

This case.

I'm thinking the only way is having the phone closed and with the bottom facing up prying a corner towards you to remove

I removed a case to install a ghostex case and it bent the sim card tray snapping it off.

Removing a good properly fitting case is always hard! Try using a hair dryer (on a low setting) to help loosed the glue from the adhesive strips that were on the case and very carefully pry one corner of the case.

This case doesn't have any adhesive strips. It just fits very tightly. I have pretty much given up on removing the case, at least for now. The next time I try it I am going to take it in to one of Samsung's repair places and have them remove it. Thanks to all for trying to help.
