Can the back of button be moved the right side?

Can't for the life of me think of why they put that on the left. Most of the world's population are right handed and it's a lot easier to hit the back button when it's on the right. Now there is just nothing there.

Sometimes Tapatalk doesn't display the room I'm in for the thread. At least you know it's possible.

Because that has always been where the back button has been on pure Android phones.

I'm right hand but use the phone with my left so it's not a issue. Wife is the same way.

It's frustrating, especially since the right side is blank. Would be way easier to use with one hand if this was an option.

I got used to the back button being on the left, and the "blank spot" on the right I use to switch apps quickly (also works in split screen and picture in picture) but at least it has it's use. It would be nice to be able to change that layout too.

Personally I'm used to back button on the left and whenever I use the Galaxy phones first thing I do is switch the back button to left on them. Main thing I do that is to keep consistent with other Android phones since I keep switching between them often. Many OEMs give the option to switch that up but generally you don't get many customization option on Pixel phones. Not a big deal for me personally but I can see someone used to only Galaxy phones and it can be really hard. What I would say is give it few weeks and hopefully you will get adjusted to the back button being on the left.

If you rooted your phone you could probably find a modification that provides that functionality.

Custom Navigation Bar on the Play store, works perfect. No need to root the phone either, just have to connect it to your PC and allow the permission with one command. Super easy and fast!
