In the stock Gallery app I chose a few pics to test the Private feature and now I can't figure out how to access them, duh (on my part).

Swipe down from the top of the screen to the bottom. Then, tap on 'Edit' in the top right. You'll see a bunch of icons. What you want to press is 'Private mode' After that go to your gallery and you'll see your private photos.

Yep, it's as simple as that...I had just never noticed it before. Love the fact that it takes your fingerprint, or whatever your method of lock screen security you use, to access the private content.

Thanks.

You have to turn on private mode and create a password. You can add it to your pull down or go to setting and turn it on.
Private mode will encrypt whatever you put in there so do not forget your password or you will never be able to recover what is in the private folder.
