Movie apps fullscreen???

How do you make this happen? I made the change in "Full screen apps", but I still get a black box top and bottom.

That's up to the app - without decompiling and rewriting it, you can't change that. (And it may be the phone - some phones don't have a live screen extending from edge to edge - there are borders at the top and bottom [in portrait mode, so left and right in landscape mode].)
