Moving apps and app data from Note 3 to this tablet

I just recently bought this tablet as I feel it'll help tremendously with work but I'd like to know how I can effortlessly move my apps and their data from my Note 3 phone to the Note Pro tablet. My phone isn't rooted, btw, so I know that'll make a difference in what I can use but that's fine. I just want to get up and running with this new tablet.

Thanks, will do! Also, I should be able to easily switch between two Google accounts on the tablet right? I've got one for work and the other is my personal one.
