I currently have a TB and bought a Razr Maxx. Is there some way to transfer my current apps to my Maxx. I read somewhere that using Google Market on my PC can do it, but I don't know how to do that. TIA

When I switched phones, after setting up the new phone, I went to the market and all the paid apps were there ready to be downloaded.
Free apps I had on the old phone, I just searched for them and then downloaded.
(Make a list of all your apps to be sure.)

I want to transfer over by Angry Birds saved progress from a TB to the Maxx if I decide to get it. Is there a way?

Do I go to Market on my PC or my new phone to do this?

There's actually an app that is designed specifically to bring over your Angry Birds game saves over to a new device.

Another way of doing it is using AirDroid. It lets you extract ALL of your installed apps (apks) paid and free to your desktop. And best of all, it's FREE. :D

If you have a Gmail account on your phone, all you need to do is go to android.com, log in with your gmail, and all of your apps, free and paid will be there. There is a dropdown arrow that should show your new device. Select it, and install. :)

MyBackup Pro does not move app data unless you are rooted.

MyBackup Pro will backup certain types of data. You are just saying it will not backup "app data", correct? And if so, do u know of an app that will, w/o root?
