Moving apps to sdcard causes icon to disappear

When i move an app to my sdcard the icon on my home screen and menu screen disappears but the app is still installed on my phone. Idk how to fix this i tried mounting my sd-ext in Clockwork but i get an error and i tried using link2sd but it still doesnt work.

I'd suggest backing up your sd card onto your computer and partition/format it through recovery

And I'm using ics 2.3.7 aokp. I never had this problem and it's the samething with other roms

Ummm, ICS is 4.x unless you are running the themed version. AOKP is ics, and version 8 does not work with link2sd (per tdm). I had the same problem.
I re-flashed and installed everything but link2sd, and everything stayed put. I also had plenty of room for all my apps, so I didn't need link2sd anyway.
On IHO, I run out of space and need to use link2sd. Seems I won't have that problem when I switch to ICS. Looking forward to that.

This is a known bug in this rom. Check curiousnoobs signature and do what it says lol
