Moving photos from email to gallery?

I'm trying to move photos from my incoming email to my Gallery. How do I do it? Thanks.

Yes, but I get an error message saying it can't download. I tried all 7 options after hard pressing. but none worked.

Yes, I can see the image but I'm using MyMail, a Gmail look alike.
Years ago, I had some annoying problems with Gmail, so I switched. I don't remember what the problem was, but I've been happy with myMail since.
I'd like to have my cake and eat it too. If that's my problem, do you have any ideas on a workaround? Thanks again.

Go to Settings>Apps, select MyMail, then Permissions. Is Storage permission turned on?

"Files and Media" would be the same thing. Yours seems to be allowed, so... I don't know what else to check.

Try clearing the app cache for MyMail. If that doesn't help, you may want to try clearing the app data, but then you would have to add your email accounts back to it.

I have already cleared the cache and it still didn't work.
I'm afraid to clear the app data because of my luck IN FIXING WHAT ISN'T BROKE. Switching apps, at least for me, is safer.
