Moving screen

Okay, my only issue with this phone is when I go to the home screen my wallpaper jolts really quickly from left to right. Sometimes it does it twice. Has anyone had this problem, or am I the only one?

I had this same issue with Touch Wiz. Loaded nova launcher and the issue went away.
