Hi Gang, I have used these forums for help many times/first time posting.
My Driod 4GLTE Razr max fell out of my pocket while doing about 50 on the motorcycle, the screen is smashed and the screen won't come on at all. The phone does connect to Motorola Device Manager on my PC. I received a replacement Driod Max today and was able to get my email and contacts onto the new phone. I can't seem to figure out how to get my text messages. Since the screen won't turn on at all I can't download any of the SMS back up and restore links I saw posted in other threads. Any ideas?
