Moving unsyncable calendar to new device.

My old phone is a Droid Maxx v4.4.4 the device calendar build version is 4.4.4-5 and want to know if there is a way to get it synced or the events moved to my new Moto Z2 force Edition. Thanks. Jamie

Welcome to Android Central! In the old phone's calendar app, is there an Export option in the menu?

Or you could try Moto Migrate.

I just fired up my old Maxx. I'm sorry to say - I don't see any way to export events in the local calendar. I've always told people to use a synced calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.), but I hadn't realized that KitKat messed this up so badly. In the past you could export the events and then import them into Google Calendar (or something else.)

Sorry. (I hope that somebody has a better answer to this...)

See if you can use Motorola Device Manager to sync the calendar events to your computer. You might then be able to export the calendar on your computer, and then import that file to Google Calendar. https://mobilesupport.lenovo.com/us/en/solution/MS88481
