Mp4 randomly deleting

Hi all. I have a Samsung a5 2017 model patched to the latest release. The problem I have is that it's randomly deleting mp4 files from the interval memory and also when copied to the sd card. Doesn't seem to matter what location but if I leave it for say 6 hours... Gone. Anyone having this issue and maybe has a fix?
