MS Outlook and Teams No Longer Working in Android 12 Beta 2

It's been most of the last week but these apps don't work. You get the transition screen with the blown up app icon and then it eventually crashes to the desktop. Then if you slide up to get to your open apps, they are there but as blank frames with no content previewed and if you select one, it does the same thing and eventually drops to desktop.

I have disabled and re-enabled Android Webview, force-stopped both apps, cleared cache from the apps and Android Webview, rebooted, etc. Occasionally it will work for a little while and then inexplicably stops.

I have even tried the Android Webview Beta - but there doesn't seem to be a way to enable it. If you click it, you get a screen that tells you that this beta version is not the one in use by the OS and suggests changing to it but when you follow the instructions the next screen only has on selection - the default one, not the beta.

Ideas? Similar experiences?

My Outlook and Teams is working fine on Android 12 beta 2 with no issues. Mine is setup as a Work Profile.

I use outlook as my main email client and I have had no issues with it. However things have run well for me since I factory reset. I did have app crashes beforehand. I am not telling you to factory reset but setting up as a new device has cured all my woes.

You are not alone.
I had outlook installed and working with Office 365 and after upgrading to Android 12 it stopped syncing email and calendar, though it would sometimes still show notifications?!?
So I removed Outlook completely and tried again and now, after I enter my email address, it just spins endlessly, instead of loading the login page of my company.

I was on 12 on P3 since Beta 3 and recently updated to 3.1 with OTA about maybe a week ago. Since Monday morning (maybe over the weekend as I didn't check), Outlook isn't working anymore. Can't send email (email seemed sent but it was not), doesn't receive email. Smartass me thought of uninstalling and re-installing Outlook and now, it won't even finish setting up account information.

Is everyone who uses Outlook for their email client having this issue? I had installed 12 Beta 2 awhile back and Outlook didn't work, so I reluctantly reverted back to 11. Was considering trying again with 12 Beta 3.1, but if Microsoft still hasn't issued a fix yet, I guess I'll have to wait.

To be fair, several other apps didn't work on 12 Beta 2 including American Airlines, which I was just getting ready to go on a trip on when I installed it.

Outlook seems to be working fine on my Pixel 5. Running the latest and greatest of the betas. I don't use Teams, and Outlook is running a work IMAP account and my personal Outlook.com

Thanks to all for your replies regarding Outlook. I just reinstalled the 12 beta (this time the v4) and Outlook works just fine. all the other apps that didn't work before now are rolling. I really like the new UI so far and apps seem to open much quicker.
