MTP Driver failure

Hi,

I'm getting an MTP driver failure to read my Android (Huawei). I've installed the drivers (MTP toolkit), turn off the debug option....still I get the same error.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Christ... We need to install Windows Media Player 11 on the PC, turn the device as MTP, and turn off the debug option...
