Mulit-view on S3 from Verizon?

So Sprint is is releasing an update with Multi-view and yet again Verizon is no where to be found. Would it be possible if someone where to port the APK for it?

It's not really an APK. It's embedded in the ROM itself.

I have been waiting for them to bring out the multi view but heard rumors that apple is slowing it down to patents in the US? I have no idea if this is even true can anyone elaborate? Thanks

It's amazing, especially if your a forum junkie like me I'm on Synergy rom and it has the most functional and intuitive multi-window out there right now. I open Tapatalk on one forum, and Chrome on another. Or my favorite combo so far is playing pool break pro and surfing XDA while waiting my network opponent to take his shot. Works like a dream.
