This may be obvious to most, but I wanted to spell it out for those who aren't informed...
Here's some a small for those with multiple Nexus 7's in your household (and I guess for multiple Android devices.) I wasn't sure how things would work with multiple Google accounts, and I was concerned with having to potentially purchase apps multiple times for different users. I am nicely surprised and pleased that we can very easily share our apps and content with very little fuss.
Setting up the first account
I purchased a Nexus 7 directly from the Google Play Store and set it up using my Gmail account, (the same account that is tied to my Droid Bionic phone.) All purchases work properly, and as expected, all apps I purchased on my Droid Bionic (that are compatible) install on the Nexus 7 without issue.
Setting up a second account
I then bought a second Nexus 7 for my wife. According to the terms of the $25 credit from Google, you can only apply the credit to one device, one email address, and one credit card number. So it was obvious that we needed to set up her Nexus 7 with her Gmail account. We used a different credit card, and the $25 credit immediately appeared on her Google Play account.
Adding each account
The next step was to add HER account to MY Nexus 7 and MY account to HER Nexus 7. I disabled all syncing on both sides except for books, magazines, and music, and now we can both download and freely use each others content. The only real trick is that when you go to purchase content or download or install purchased content, you need to select the proper account in Play Store.
Overall, this has been simple and has worked well.
