So I was watching YouTube (upright) and got some download notifications while I was watching.
I wanted to continue watch so I didn't know this would work but I took my right thumb and swiped down holding the notification window half way down the screen and then took my left finger and swiped off my notifications. Then I let go of my right thumb and it released back up to the top, all while still watching the video.

HOW DID WE LIVE WITHOUT THIS BEFORE?!?!

(I'm really being serious. This is a totally awesome addition)

That's a pretty cool find. But you did all of this in portrait not in landscape, right?

Oh this was for dismissing notifications. I thought you found a trick to open notifications without the status bar visable. =/

I've been looking. Only found you can hide the top bar altogether on Nova.

Okay now everyone try to do it one handed, drag down thumb while swiping index finger forward with enough momentum to get out off the screen or use middle finger to drag down and index either left or right. :D
