multi-user issue

I just got myself samsung galaxy tab4 10.1.
Has anyone else noticed that the multi-user option is not available? There is no settings-general-user tab at all. Even though the manual says there should be...

Look through the settings tab again it is there, I believe under accounts it us a sub category. Try settings device -Users is what it is called.

Yes, go to settings, general, users and at the top see a + to add a user.
