Multi Window Button Stopped Working S6 Active

I've restarted my phone multiple times, and still my multi window button won't work: When I press it, it will not open my other open apps/windows. It just happened this evening. I've had my phone for about a month. No water, no major drops.

On Tuesday this week, the back button on my device stopped functioning. AT&T Warranty Exchange program is the way to go. Call them up, let the tech do a remote diagnostic and process the warranty exchange. I'm using my certified like new device. Also, I wouldnt worry about the device getting wet because that's what it's supposed to do. Heck, there is even an Aqua mode in the software that allows users to take underwater photos.
