Ever since Android implemented multi window, I have not been able to watch video and browse internet at the same time other than YouTube videos.

For example if I have SlingPlayer in one window and internet in the other, as soon as I touch the internet window, my SlingPlayer stops. Any one have a work around to make this work like it use to? I tried multi window enabler but that didn't work either.

Unfortunately I don't have SlingPlayer to test, but I have no problems watching a live stream on Twitch and surfing the internet at the same time.

What other apps besides SlingPlayer are you seeing this issue in?

Not all apps support multi window... Or maybe vice versa. Either way, maybe that's the problem.

I don't have SlingPlayer but I was able to just watch Sling TV app and surf on Samsung browser in multi window.

Directv and WatchESPN

Also Google Maps would pause in multi window if interacting with other window. I know i shouldn't be using my phone while driving, but how do you know i wasn't a passenger?

True but before Android implemented multi window, I was able to use multi window enabler to add apps that wasn't compatible and it worked flawlessly.
