Multiple Active Sync Accounts?

is it possible to have multiple active sync accounts on a sprint evo 4g? If I go into the Accounts settings, the Active Sync entry already has a checkmark from my work account and will only allow me to review my current settings.

I just switched from a Palm Pre where I could do this, and I'm not that familiar with android yet.

Go directly to the active sync...menu...settings,,,accounts and sync....should be able to do it there
