Multiple problems

I'm starting to have quite a few problems with my Infuse. Not huge or major problems, but annoying ones. Any help would be great!

1.When I set my vibrate setting to "only when not in silent mode" it works for a little while, then changes to "never". There is no pattern to how often it does this or when it does, so I'm very confused.

2. Lately when it's locked and the screen is off, it will light up all the time, randomly. It doesn't unlock, it just lights up.This is annoying because I'm sure it's draining the battery and if I'm sleeping it will light up the whole room so I have to make sure to remember to put it face down before I go to bed.

3. This is a problem with the Locale app, so if I need to ask this somewhere else, please let me know. It just doesn't work. It won't work when the condition is a location or if there are multiple conditions or situations on at once. It works sometimes, but sometimes, not. Very annoying.

4. This might be an AT&T problem, but I'll check here, first. Lately when I'm talking on the phone, I randomly cut out to the other people. I can here them just fine, but they say they can't hear me.

First of all, are you on stock UCKH1 (Froyo)? The answer is yes if you haven't ever tinkered with flashing or rooting after you took the phone out of the box.

#1 I have never seen this issue before, nor heard of it. Does it specifically say "Never" in the settings when it changes by itself, or does it still say "Only when in silent mode" but not vibrate? I'm asking this because it could either be a software issue or a hardware issue.

#2 What do you mean by lighting up? The screen turns on? Or the capacitive buttons at the bottom light up?

re lighting up - is your phone charging overnight? Mine lights up in the middle of the night to display a message that it's fully charged. It bothers my wife even if the phone is face down and the screen brightness is all the way down. I am now keeping the phone in my shoe - I might need bigger feet as the infuse is so wide.

Yes, I am on stock Froyo.
#1-Yes, it specifically says the option "Never" is selected in the settings.
#2-By lighting up, I just mean the screen comes on just like it does when I push the unlock button.

Yes, it charges overnight, but it doesn't only light up when it is complete. And it doesn't only light up when it's charging. It's on and off all day and all night.

That's very strange indeed... Since you're on stock, why don't you try calling AT&T, I think you would be a good candidate for a replacement. If it was a common problem, I'd recommend looking around and following some solutions others have posted, but I have not read this kind of an issue, so it may be isolated to your phone.
