Multiple Questions...Help?? PLz Thnx

Ok well first post.....
But any ways My phone (LG Optimus S ) just stared not wanting to call just saying "Call lost" when it never went through (Signal is almost full bars like 1 from full) and same for texts they take like 5 mins to sometimes send and most of the time it is just a "Send Failed"
And it wont let me put new contacs in i have to reflash rom 5 or 6 times it i put new rom to get it to take contacs???????
This does this with Grom too
Any help is nice
Here is the thing i have tryed and just info on what rom i have ext.

Kernal Gingerkernal-v06.2
Android version 2.3.3 ZVH
and messaging app i use is
Stock, Chomp and Handcent
Tried
Reflashing rom over rom
and clearing everything and flashing
Updating
Firmware
Profile
PRL

Have you checked all your settings? Also when did you flash this rom? It may also be sprint, but i doubt it.

Yes I did and muitible times over sometime and just downgraded ZVH-ZVD and upgraded ZVD-ZVH to rewrite raios and nothing still does it all stock so it has to be the phone or sprint??? Right??

Update...
I am now all stock with fresh radio rewrites right from offical downgrade to upgrade ZVH-ZVD andback to ZVH and it is still acting a fool

As a last resort I would reflash the lg official recovery (found in the Update from ZVD to ZVH) then reflash stock (do not re-root or anything) then go to the RTN menu (##RTN# in dialer) *You will need your MSL Code* and return to factory defaults and then it will reboot and go through activation automatically through 3G like it did when you first purchased your phone. Then re-root, Custom recovery, and rom. (test calling and texting on stock before re-root...) if that doesnt fix the problem then i would call sprint and tell them your problem. (to get msl code call sprint tell them your phone's not working then they will try to reprogram using the update data profile blah blah tell them you get an error and then they will ask you to type ##XXXXXX# into dialer and XXXXXX is your MSL so make sure that you write it down -or you can just straight up ask them what it is but i don't know if they will give it to you-) If none of that fixes the problem then the problem, i would say would have to be with sprint and not your phone

WARNING: don't ever reset factory defaults within the RTN menu if you are rooted or have custom recovery or custom rom to ensure you do not possibly brick your phone
