Multiples of Same App.....

Just recently when I opened my Taskiller app, I noticed multiple (3) Map Apps running and (2) Audio Manager Apps running as well. I was wondering if there is a reason for there to be multiples of the same app running.

task killer apps are bad and give false info. system panel is the only one that shows the correct apps running.

i would imagine your particular task killer is showing maps running, plus maps latitude running, plus the friend location service for latitude. this is why it shows up multiple times. just use system panel, it shows these things properly.

You don't need the Task Killer at all. System Panel will allow you to easily close apps that are not sleeping as they should without turning off stuff that doesn't need to-be closed or that closing will slow down your device.
