Music enhancement

Is the beats audio the only music enhancement there is.?

No.

Plug in your earphones. This unlocks the option under settings / sound / sound enhancer.

From there you can select from a number of more traditional profiles. And there's also a pull down on that page to select the type of headphones you have.

Odd,I know where that menu is tho I only see beats on / beats off. The menu unlocks with my by headphones,I use them for music. I don't use wired. Do you need wired to actually use the others.?

I don't see those settings with my wired headphones either only Beats on and off.
And I tried a few different sets, what am I missing?

Yeah I don't get that.
All I get is a choice of turning beats off and on.

Add that to the list of things AT&T screwed you out of.

Either that or the dual core processor doesn't support it.

(When you read the specs of these processor chips you find out that virtually all of the audio and video processing is built into the processor.)

Mine is the international version.

I also have the international version, bit wasn't aware of the equalizer settings, now I have updated to 4.0.4 so I just see the Beats on/off option

My understanding is that with the latest update, HTC took out the other options. I personally use "Equalizer". Play link: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...qualizer&feature=search_result&token=6VUwH36c

I don't know why they took it out with this update, but they did. I use to have the other options, until the 4.0.4 update.

God I so hate at&t for all the crap they do.

This is the only company I know that consistently screws over it's customers and stays alive as a business.

The sad part is that I have had them since it was Bell South and the reception is great where I'm.

It's HTC. The international version, after 4.0.4, has lost these settings, as is my understanding. I think there's someone in this thread that even lost them.

Also, Verizon has a habit of hosing over customers as well. I left because I don't agree with their CEO about net neutrality and since they were going to FORCE me off my unlimited data plan, I didn't see much reason to keep giving them money. Not to mention, Verizon has bad coverage where I'm at, and AT&T has GREAT coverage. Haven't been with AT&T long enough (only about a month) to make an opinion on them, though. We'll see if I'm still singing the same tune in a few more months.

can confirm after the update uk unlocked has lost the settings just beats on/off now. not a worry though never used beats

Going to be pissed if I lose those other non-beats settings, because I occasionally use them for Classical music at work.

Taking backups of all my Enhancer APKs while I wait for an update of my East Asia model International HOX.
