Music folder on phone memory not recognize, Help!

Can someone tell me what is going on with my music folder in my phone ? all the sudden today I find playerpro and the samsung music player both can NOT recognize my music folder in my phone memory. Both player only recognize my sd card mp3 folder

with solid file explorer ( and usb mode thru PC ) I can see all the mp3 in my music folder that are on my phone's memory.


How did this happen ? how can I fix it ? if my phone defective all the sudden ?

Please advice, thanks in advance~


PS. I have tried reboot and even swapped battery. still same.

Also my note is stock verizon with the ota update.

wow so crazy !! took almost 2 hours of digging n researching...

I dont know how the heck a .nomedia file exist in my phone's memory root dir. upon deleting it, note 2 immediately recognized the medias in my internal memory.
