I have been having trouble with my music. I would like to have the music I bought thru google play music to be on my phone's music library. When I press download, it doesn't appear in my music library, only on "downloaded music" on Google play. (I have Samsung Core LTE. I don't know if that'll make any difference.)

If your songs actually did download (i.e. you can play them while in airplane mode, with Wi-Fi off), then they certainly should show up in your library whenever that app does its next scan. You can force a scan this way:

Apps Mgr > All > Media Storage > Clear Data

Once media data and cache show zeros, back out to homescreen and reboot your device from the menu you get by long pressing on Power button. A short while after booting, media should begin refreshing.

Thanks, but I'm afraid to say it doesn't seem to work. It still says I have no songs. The first pic is the "downloaded" section on Google play. I bought the song and even when I do press download on my purchased songs it still say the same thing. I'm supposed to be able to download it twice. I can play the song on Google play though.
