Music Player issue

Hey guys and girls, I just picked up a V20 through ATT, and I love almost everything about it. One of the few issues I have with it really bugs me though. My unit doesn't have an LG Music Player app. It only has Google Play Music, and I hate that app. What the real issue is, is that when I am connected on Bluetooth to my Pioneer receiver in my car, I can't use the folder option to select which song I want to listen to, like I could with the Samsung Music app on the Note 4. When I connect via bluetooth, it will play whichever song I select on the phone, and I can go ahead and behind songs, but I can't use the folder button to select a song, or even see a list of songs. I decided to attempt to use a downloaded music app that was recommended by many, Poweramp, and as much as I like the app, it's still the same issue. I can't see a list of music from my phone. I tried sideloading the samsung music app on my phone but it says it isn't compatible. I figured it wouldn't be, seeing as how it's running a different version of android. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to use a cable and the appradio mode.... that's no easier than using USB. Thanks for any help!!!

I had to download music player from GPS. But its so toned down and limited that I'm sticking to Google Play Music to listen to my music library.
