Music Player, playing by itself

It seems like from time to time after listening to a podcast or having a phone call and using my headphones, once i pull out the headphone wire, my music player ( default ) starts playing. now i tried using task killer before pulling out the headset and still my music player comes on and starts playing....

N e one else have this issue ??

Not me, if I'm listening to music with headphones, when I pull the headphones out, the music automatically pauses.

Yeah, that's happened to me a couple of times. Not sure how to fix it.....
