Music player problem

Hi everybody,
In my note 4 every time I try to open the Samsung music player it crashes. I tried to clear the data in the setting and also a wipe cache but there is still the problem.

What can I do?

I'm still 4.4.4 because in my country Lollipop isn't still available.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you get an error message, or does it just stop?

Do you have an SD card inserted? If so, and if it's corrupt, maybe it's causing some issues. Try unmounting the card (in Settings>Storage​), remove it, and try again.

I get the error 'unfortunately music player has stopped'

Yes, I have a micro SD but if I do what you told me I have always the same problem...
