Music Syncer

I've been using htc sync manager and it decided not too work anymore for me. always stops around 14-15% and says to reconnect device error (41)
So I've been wondering if theres any good alternatives to sync my music AND playlists onto my phone in the same part of my phone as htc sync manager (so there's not duplicates and it works thru the phone's music player)

I have the same problem with HTC sync manager. I bought the phone used HTC sync manager worked exactly once for me. I actually find Windows media player works for me, but I'm starting with a clean slate.
