Music through bluetooth???

hi, i recently purchased a jawbone 2 earpiece, and it works fine with calls, but i cant get any music to play through the earpiece when activated. like slacker and pandora, etc...what am i doing wrong?

Don't think its supported. It needs to have a A2DP stereo bluetooth profile. Only stereo bluetooth headsets have this. Although there might be some exceptions out there. These headsets act like headphones for music and have two pieces and also allow you to make and answer calls.

wow, thats pretty cool. sucks that i cant use the jawbone for music but oh well. i got such a good deal for it, and i mainly just want it for phone call n e way. thanks for the info.

I had a Jabra headset ($50 at the time) that worked well with the stereo bluetooth. Upgraded to a new headset ($120) and it only works with phone. It's all up to the headset manufacturer. I really liked having the audio play through the earpiece. I'd use it in the grocery store and other places to keep discretely listening to a podcast. Very handy. I miss it.
