Must have a new phone... should i go for 7.2, One Zoom, Mi9T pro or something else?

Im trying to find a new phone that is a massive upgrade from my S5 Active. i rarely buy new phones, as you can see. i have these requirements for my next phone:
- MUST have good battery life (3500mah+)
- Durable. I am outdoor a lot / every day, so a phone that doesn't break when it falls on the floor or on the ground 1-2 times is a must, really.
- Should definitely have a 3.5mm jack for headphones
- Good selfie-camera, good main camera (4K and slow-mo options would be preferable) and good video options would also be nice
- Not a requirement, but it'd be nice if the phone wasn't overly large either
- Android
- Fit the price range of €400-500 (about $400-500)

Things that are irrelevant/useless to me:
- Fancy gimmicks such as fingerprint/face detect
- Useless apps / Google assistant blabla
- I don't want a phone with bad button placements etc
- Design/color (im fine with whatever color)

Please note that I am located in EUROPE, so a phone that is available here would be nice.

So far, i have found my way to those mentioned in the title, but i have serious issues trying to decide which one to go for, or if i should go for something else entirely... any thoughts or other suggestions? thanks in advance.
