MXQ Keyboard powers off

[Android Central Question]

When I turn the keyboard on the blue and yellow lights come on, the yellow light flashes twice and then they both go off. I have recharged the battery but still the same. I have also replaced the battery but still the same. Any ideas please?

Possible it's defective, can you exchange for another one ?
