How old is the box? These off-brand direct-from-China boxes are notoriously buggy, with poor quality control, so it's likely that either the firmware is corrupt or the hardware is failing. You can try contacting the manufacturer or seller for support, but I wouldn't be very optimistic about that.
In the future, I would suggest getting a Chromecast with Google TV instead (or Walmart's similar onn. Android TV device). They're quite inexpensive and a lot more reliable.
