For the past few months i mostly end my work day (5ish) around 20-30 percent left. Today i am at 25 percent at 9pm with my typical usage. Definitely better battery life. I think the 2 stage doze helps me a lot since my phone screen is often off, but the phone is actively moving in my pocket.
Don't see any reason to upgrade phones at this point for awhile, it definitely feels much faster now as well.
