My 4g sign appears and disappears

Well im new here. I creafed an acc. Because i want to ask if there is an solution to this problem. Its been 2 days now and i dont feel happy about it especially having a weekly allowance of load. *Philippines* my sim is Smart and my phone is a Samsung A5 2015. Normally it appears for 1 second and just suddenly disappears for 10 seconds. Can anyone help me with this Problem?

How is your signal strength? Is it possible that you aren't able to get 4G where you are located? Is your carrier doing any maintenance on their towers? Does this happen everywhere or only in a certain location?
