What happens if I filter My Google Activity based on date and time range? And what happens to past Activity (e.g. "Yesterday" activity) if I did filter? I wanted to be sure as to not lose data unexpectedly, since I rarely go to My Activity.

I never messed with anything there or rarely go into that setting, but I wouldn't mess with it much incase it changes something to your account and you have issues down the road.

I'd think a filter wouldn't get rid of any of your activity -- it just hides the stuff that doesn't meet the filter criteria.
