My alarm ringtones are gone!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. My ringtones have been replaced by the number 2340. When I click on that i have the options to "add" "cancel" or "ok". Across from the number is a green button which never changes. if I click on it, the box only refreshes. If I click on "add", it goes to the area where songs are stored; I have no songs, and don't want them.Clicking on "ok" just keeps 2340 "active". I called my cell company, and they were telling me, "That's impossible!" I was treated very cruelly. I need those alarms because I need to keep my medications on a strict schedule. To me, the alarms appear to have somehow been deleted. Please! Somebody! Help me?

Im missing half my ring tones on my s5 also. I had them when i bought the phone. After stagefright patch, or whatever the f#*! , that update was.
