My Android Central and Wp CENTRAL widgets keep crashing. what do I do?

You can try clearing caches for each app in settings>apps

In system settings or the settings inside the app itself?

In system settings or the settings inside the app itself?

System settings, then go to apps. You will see a list of your downloaded apps. Scroll down to each app and click. Then click clear cache.
