My android cubby tablet is messing up

[AC Question]

I stuck a needle in the back of my child's sprout cubby tablet to reset it like the instructions said to do and now the tablet is doing something weird. It's flashing like is things are being deleted but won't quit doing it. Is there something wrong or did I mess it up some how? I need help please!!!!
